A simple, quick-made Hawaiian Salad with chicken, some fruits and veggies.

Wanna try a simple chicken salad?? You will need a saucepan and a mixing bowl. I have taken a 250 ml cup for measuring the ingredients.
In a saucepan, add 150 gms boneless chicken, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of black pepper powder and saute for a min. Once the colour changes, pour 1/4 cup water and cook well for 10 mins on a medium flame. Remove from fire once cooked and allow it to cool. Once it is cooled, use forks to shred the chicken pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup sliced onion, 3/4 cup sliced pineapple, 3/4 cup sliced capsicum, 1/2 cup sliced green grapes, 1/4 cup sliced cherries, 1 cup shredded chicken, black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and required amount of salt. Mix this well using a fork. Refrigerate this for an hour before serving.
